GA Hydrotech Sdn Bhd is a locally owned company incorporated in May 2006. The main business involves supplying special application air valves and sludge dewatering equipment for the water and wastewater industry. The director of the company has been involved in GA Valves and NOXON decanter centrifuge business in Malaysia since 2000. Many air valves have been supplied to sewage pumping mains and pump stations. Throughout the years, the director has gained vast experience in the selection of proper valves used in sewage applications, especially the air valves. The company will continue to educate consultants, contractors and end users to select and use suitable air valves in various installations.

All GA air valves are manufactured to meet or exceed AWWA Standard C512-92. GA Industries is also a member of American Water & Wastewater Equipment Manufacturers Association (WWEMN), American Water Environment Federation (WEF) and American Water Works Association (AWWA).

We have introduced surge protection valves to IWK since 2000 and today there are many installations for these valves and they work well to satisfy the needs for the pumping stations. The company provides both positive and negative surge protection valves in the industry. However, most sewage pump stations are of low to medium head pumping, many negative surge protection valves have been installed. The advantage of this valve is to eliminate the use of conventional surge vessels with compressors that are subjected to vandalism.

All surge protection valves are imported from United States of America.

GA Hydrotech Sdn Bhd is also involved in the sludge dewatering application. The company represents Noxon decanter centrifuge for the Malaysia market. Noxon is a leading brand in the dewatering process using their state-of-the-art computer software to regulate, control and monitor the decanter performance. Noxon decanters are capable of operating at a low speed of around 2000rpm. The continuous differential speed regulation makes Noxon the best in cake dryness with minimum polymer usage and uniform output.

The company is also supplying blowers to be used in wastewater treatment plants, representing Beder blowers. Blowers play a critical role in the aeration process in wastewater treatment plants, ensuring optimal oxygen transfer and energy efficiency in biological processes. Designed for reliability and energy efficiency, Beder blowers help wastewater facilities maintain smooth operations while reducing energy consumption and minimizing operational costs. 

The company is also active in water supply projects supplying bottom sludge scrapers and pneumatic air lift system. Pneumatic air lift system can be used at conventional sedimentation tanks and sludge thickeners to remove the sludge. It can also be used at raw water intake to remove sands as an alternative to sand ejector system. These are green products that aimed to reduce power consumption and carbon footprint in the water and wastewater industry.
