By introducing pneumatic airlift system of JV San Tech in sedimentation tanks, sludge can be removed effectively at the hoppers, thus reducing the frequency of the cleaning of the sedimentation tanks. Hence, this will result in the reduction of carbon emission, reduction of wastage and an increase in production output. Plants with pneumatic airlift system can operate continuously for more than 2 years without the need to clean the tanks.
